Villa Arca is a new modern villa, located in a tradional canarian village and has been furnished to a very high standard. It is light, airy and spacious with kitchen, dining and lounge areas all having the 'WOW' factor. The lounge has a high vaulted ceiling with leather sofas and 3 double patio doors leading to the garden and pool. The large pool is individually designed(10m x 5m)and is heated by solar pods. It has a large rock water feature, roman steps and a separate jacuzzi pool. The garden is walled so the pool area and villa are very private. If you enjoy alfresco dining there's a covered pergola, seating for 8 and BBQ. The Italian designed curved kitchen is stunning, with a central island which incorporates a large 90cm oven, induction hob and seating area. There is also a built in bosch coffee machine, great first thing in the morning if, like us, you enjoy freshly brewed coffee. The villa also has 3 bathrooms, 2 have large jacuzzi showers and the other a jacuzzi bath.
Ideal for families and couples looking for a relaxing 'CHILL OUT' holiday yet only a short drive to amenities.
