This luxurious four bedroom, two bathroom detached villa on a large site with large private heated swimming pool, terrace and large roof terrace as beautiful views overlooking the 2nd fairway with Sea & Mountain views,with a 2nd 18 hole course minutes away, this quiet relaxing setting is close to the beautiful 5 star Elba Palace Hotel and within walking distance to the Atlantico Commercial Centre offering many fine shops, restaurants, bars a 6 cinema multiplex including English version films a 10 lane bowling alley with other amusements and a large supermarket, All Just a 10 minute car ride from the airport. This Villa is not just for the golfer but ideal for all types of holidays in the sun, with a few bars and restaurants and beautiful beaches 500mts away just a short 8 min walk. A larger selection of restaurants and bars are just 1.5 Kms away in the town, again a short 15 min walk along the ocean promenade from the Atlantico Centre. We offer a typical Canarian cooked meal in the Villa at an optional cost or a Trike ride around the island also optional. There are many interesting places to visit on the island To the north of the Island approx 50km from Caleta is Corralejo with its fine natural sandy beaches, Just a short boat ride away from here you will find the Nature Reserve of Lobos almost churchlike in its peace and tranquillity. You'll have the wonderful view back to Fuerteventura and the chance to spot plants and birds not to be found anywhere else on the planet. Oasis Park (La Lajita) A visit here will be one of he most exciting days of your holidays! La Lajita Oasis Park, situated in the south of Fuerteventura approx 45 km from Caleta is open all the year round, it is a natural paradise of more than 780.000 m². You will enjoy an unforgettable day visiting one of the most important projects created to protect and preserve the unique flora and fauna of the Canary Island. Prices for the Villa are based on a fixed weekly rate for 4 to 8 people, please email for quotes for parties of less than 4, A Cot and High Chair are included in the prices, we also include a small drinks welcome pack consisting of, water, juice, tea, milk sugar and coffee. Extra Baby cot £30.00 and High Chair £20.00 per week.Prices do not include air conditioning, a charge of £50.00 per week will be added if this is required. The pool is equipped with a solar cover so the pool heater is not required between May - Oct, if the pool heater is required at this time of year there will be an additional charge of £50.00 per week A Non refundable 20% deposit is required to secure your dates with the balance required 8 weeks before travel, there is also a returnable £200 breakage deposit required, this must be paid 2 weeks before departure by cheque or Bank Transfer. Grocery & BBQ packs, airport transfers are available at extra costs. Booking deposit - 20% Balance to be paid - 2 months prior to arrival. Refundable security deposit - £200GBP
